IN LOVING MEMORY OF
Brother
Ralph & Sister Reva Gage

This page is in honor of Bro. Ralph & Sis.
Reva Gage. These servants of Christ meant so much to us all that it
is hard to say what we feel in such a short space. The Gages first
began to visit the area in the 1950's while living inFort Smith , AR. In later years they moved to
El Dorado and worked
with us here, as well as East Faulkner and Urbana. Bro.
& Sis. Gage shared God’s message tirelessly for
decades as he preached hundreds of gospel meetings. Sis. Reva was Bro. Ralph’s
true yoke fellow. He always gave her much of the credit for their
successful ministry.
They
were both wonderful singers and Bro. Gage was a great singing
director. When Bro. Gage was younger he could have worked
professionally as a singer but turned down the lure of travel and
without a doubt more money, to preach the gospel.
Those
of us at Antioch consider it a blessing to
have not only known, but considered these servants as our own
family. They leave behind a great legacy and family we are close to
as well. I would like to leave you with one last thought from the
pen of Bro. Ralph. “The
flowers from their memorial services have since faded away, the
notes from the moving songs sung are now stilled. Even the words I
spoke on that day will soon be forgotten. What we will always take
with us are the countless memories of these we love, not have loved,
for we still do love them, even as we hope to be with them
again.
